第7条(Shopifyによる処理)

本サービスは、ShopifyのECプラットフォームを利用して運営されます。Shopifyは、ストアのホスティング、注文処理、決済・不正防止支援、分析、セキュリティその他のサービス提供のため、利用者に関する情報を処理することがあります。

Shopifyが処理する情報の範囲および方法は、当社が利用する機能、利用者の所在地、Cookie等への同意設定ならびにShopifyの適用される規約およびプライバシーに関する条件によって異なります。

当社がShopify Network Intelligence、外部アプリ、広告ピクセルその他追加機能を有効にする場合、必要な開示、Cookie同意およびデータ共有のオプトアウト手段を、適用法令に従って整備します。
第8条(職人・工房への情報提供)

当社の商品は、職人・工房から購入者へ直接発送される場合があります。このため当社は、商品の発送、配送確認、修理、交換その他注文履行に必要な範囲で、購入者の氏名、配送先住所、電話番号、注文商品、配送上の指示その他必要な情報を、当該商品を取り扱う職人・工房へ提供します。

当社は、職人・工房との契約等により、提供した個人情報を発送その他当社が指定する目的に限って利用し、自己の営業、広告、直接取引の勧誘その他の目的に利用しないこと、適切に管理することおよび必要な期間経過後に削除・廃棄することを求めます。

購入者からの注文、返品、交換、返金、苦情その他の窓口は原則として当社とし、当社が必要に応じて職人・工房と連携します。
第9条(委託および第三者への提供)
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、Shopify、決済事業者、配送業者、職人・工房、クラウド・メール配信・顧客対応・不正防止・アクセス解析等のサービス提供者へ個人情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。当社は、委託先の選定、契約および必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

第10条(外国における取扱い)

当社が利用するShopify、決済、クラウド、メール配信、アクセス解析その他のサービスの提供者が外国に所在し、または情報を外国のサーバー等で保管・処理する場合があります。現時点で想定される主な保管・処理地域は、カナダおよび米国その他利用するサービスの提供者が所在する国または地域です。

外国にある事業者への提供または外国での取扱いについて法令上必要となる場合、当社は、提供先の制度・体制の確認、契約上の保護措置、本人への情報提供または同意取得その他必要な対応を行います。

実際のデータ保管地域および利用サービスは、Shopify管理画面、各サービスの設定および契約内容を踏まえて管理します。
第11条(安全管理措置)

当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセスおよび目的外利用を防止するため、取扱方針・責任者・手順の整備、アクセス権限の管理、委託先の監督、従業者への周知、機器・媒体の管理、通信や保存時の適切な保護、不正アクセス対策その他必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。また、個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損が発生し、法令上の報告義務が生じた場合には、法令に従い、個人情報保護委員会への報告および本人への通知を行います。

個人データを外国で取り扱う場合、当該外国の個人情報保護制度その他の外的環境を把握し、必要な安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。

安全管理上支障のない範囲で、措置の概要について本人から問い合わせがあった場合に案内します。
第12条(保存期間)

当社は、利用目的の達成、売買契約の履行、返品・修理対応、紛争対応、法令上の保存義務、不正防止その他正当な業務上の必要性を考慮し、必要な期間に限って情報を保存します。

保存の必要がなくなった情報は、適用法令および当社の運用に従い、安全な方法で削除、廃棄または匿名化します。
第13条(開示等の請求)

本人は、適用法令に従い、当社が保有する本人の保有個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止および第三者提供記録の開示を請求できる場合があります。

Article 2 — Scope of Application

Article 3 — Information Collected
The Company may collect the following information to the extent necessary to provide the Services:

Article 4 — Methods of Collection

Article 5 — Purposes of Use
The information collected is used for the following purposes:

Accepting orders, verifying identity, processing payments, making or securing products, packaging, shipping, tracking deliveries, delivering products, and otherwise performing sales contracts.

Providing customer service relating to order confirmations, lead-time updates, delivery notifications, returns, exchanges, repairs, refunds, complaints, and other matters.

Coordinating with artisans and workshops, carriers, payment providers, and other necessary parties.

Complying with applicable laws, orders from administrative authorities or courts, tax, accounting and audit requirements, and other legal obligations.

Applying the Terms of Service, Returns and Exchanges Policy, and other Company rules, protecting rights, and addressing disputes.

Article 6 — Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Company may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to provide the Services, maintain login sessions and shopping cart contents, manage language and regional settings, ensure security, prevent fraud, analyse website traffic, improve functionality, and measure advertising effectiveness.

In regions where required by law, the Company obtains consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies through a cookie banner or other means, or provides options to reject them or change the relevant settings.

Users can disable cookies through their browser settings. However, doing so may prevent the shopping cart, login functions, or other parts of the Services from working properly.

Article 7 — Processing by Shopify

The Services operate using Shopify’s e-commerce platform. Shopify may process information about users to provide store hosting, order processing, payment and fraud prevention support, analytics, security, and other services.

The scope and methods of Shopify’s processing vary depending on the features used by the Company, the user’s location, consent settings for cookies and similar technologies, and Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy conditions.

If the Company enables Shopify Network Intelligence, third-party applications, advertising pixels, or other additional features, it will implement the necessary disclosures, cookie consent procedures, and options to opt out of data sharing in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 8 — Information Provided to Artisans and Workshops

Products may be shipped directly to purchasers by artisans and workshops. Accordingly, the Company provides the relevant artisan or workshop with the purchaser’s name, delivery address, telephone number, products ordered, delivery instructions, and other necessary information to the extent required for shipping, delivery confirmation, repairs, exchanges, or other activities necessary to fulfil the order.

Through contracts or other arrangements with artisans and workshops, the Company requires them to use the personal information provided only for shipping or other purposes designated by the Company; not to use it for their own sales activities, advertising, solicitation of direct transactions, or other purposes; to manage it appropriately; and to delete or dispose of it once the necessary retention period has ended.

As a general rule, the Company is the contact point for orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, complaints, and other purchaser enquiries, and coordinates with artisans and workshops as necessary.
Article 9 — Outsourcing and Disclosure to Third Parties
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may entrust the handling of personal information to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, artisans and workshops, and providers of cloud services, email distribution, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, and other services. The Company selects service providers, enters into contracts with them, and exercises necessary and appropriate supervision.
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties except in the following circumstances:

Where the individual has given consent.

Where disclosure is required by law or otherwise permitted by law, including for the protection of life, physical safety, or property.

Where disclosure occurs in connection with a merger, company split, business transfer, or other business succession.

Where the disclosure does not constitute disclosure to a third party under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws.

Article 10 — Handling of Information Overseas

Providers of Shopify, payment, cloud, email distribution, analytics, and other services used by the Company may be located overseas or may store or process information on servers outside Japan. The principal storage and processing locations currently anticipated include Canada, the United States, and other countries or regions where the relevant service providers are located.

Where required by law in connection with disclosure to overseas businesses or the handling of information overseas, the Company takes necessary measures, including reviewing the recipient’s legal framework and safeguards, establishing contractual protections, providing information to individuals, or obtaining their consent.

The Company manages the actual data storage locations and services used with reference to the Shopify admin interface, individual service settings, and contractual arrangements.
Article 11 — Security Measures

To prevent the leakage, loss, damage, unauthorised access, or use of personal data outside the stated purposes, the Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures. These include establishing handling policies, responsible personnel and procedures; managing access permissions; supervising service providers; informing personnel of relevant requirements; managing equipment and storage media; appropriately protecting information during transmission and storage; and implementing measures against unauthorised access. If personal data is leaked, lost, or damaged and a statutory reporting obligation arises, the Company will report the incident to Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission and notify the affected individuals in accordance with the law.

Where personal data is handled overseas, the Company strives to understand the relevant country’s personal information protection framework and other external circumstances and to implement the necessary security measures.

Upon an individual’s enquiry, the Company will provide an outline of its security measures to the extent that doing so does not compromise security.
Article 12 — Retention Period

The Company retains information only for as long as necessary, taking into account the purposes of use, performance of sales contracts, returns and repairs, dispute resolution, statutory retention requirements, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business needs.

Information that no longer needs to be retained is securely deleted, disposed of, or anonymised in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s procedures.
Article 13 — Requests for Disclosure and Other Actions

The Company will respond after verifying, to the extent necessary, the identity of the individual or their authorised representative. If the Company cannot fulfil a request, or can fulfil it only in part, due to legal requirements, it will explain the reasons to the extent permitted by law.

As a general rule, requests for disclosure and related procedures are free of charge. However, where reasonable actual expenses arise from mailing documents or other special arrangements, and charging such expenses is permitted by law, the Company may require the individual to pay them after providing advance notice.
