A String of Coloured Jewels

This Edo Kiriko glass is distinguished by delicate cuts reminiscent of a string of beads and rich colours that change character as they catch the light. Drawing on traditional techniques, it expresses an elegant radiance that complements modern living. Enjoy the shifting play of light and colour from every angle.

The design grew from the artisan’s longstanding use of circular motifs. By gradually making the cuts smaller, he discovered that they created a beautiful gradient effect.

With very few sharply defined edges, the piece has a gentle, smooth feel and rests comfortably in the hand.
