光綾彩色

Radiant Twill

This Edo Kiriko glass combines intricate Kiku-tsunagi cuts with bold, broad facets, bringing out the beauty of reflected light.

The Kiku-tsunagi pattern is carefully cut to leave subtle areas of color. Bold cuts on the lower section contrast with the finer cuts above, creating a visually dynamic design. Although traditional cutting patterns are used throughout, the distinctive use of color gives the piece a contemporary character.

Inspired by the structure and texture of twill weave, this design reinterprets its beauty through the art of Edo Kiriko.
